The lease may be extended month to month and is cancellable after the first month with 21 days written notice to the landlord provided the unit is not committed to another guest during that time. The security deposit of 1 month's rent will be returned within 7 days of leaving the property minus the cost of any damage to the unit (normal wear and tear not included). Guest shall receive an itemized inventory of the unit upon execution of lease and accepts responsibility for the care and maintenance of the inventory throughout the lease term.
