Offering video tours upon request that give the clients a general feel of the home if they are interested. Sellers occupy home so if you schedule a tour, doors will be left unlocked, all interior doors open and lights on to ensure minimal contact. We are fairly negotiable on showing times during the week if your clients are serious buyers and have at least driven by the home to ensure they like the area.
