Recently rehabbed apartment available early September. Bathroom recently gutted with new tiling, vanity, toilet and fixtures. Very spacious w/large bedroom, living room, and dining room. Additional huge "bonus" closet located off living room. Shared laundry in building. Heat and water are paid by landlord. Tenant pays for electric and cooking gas (roughly $15/month). No dogs allowed. Cats are allowed, but require a monthly pet fee of $20/month. This is a 2nd floor, 1 bed-room apartment (maximum occupancy of 2 people). We require a credit score of 650 or higher, and a monthly income of 3 x rent (annual income greater than $56,000). We do not require a security deposit, but we do require a $600 non-refundable move-in fee, along with the 1st month's rent, at the time of lease signing. Tenant pays for electric, and cooking gas. Landlord pays for heat, water, and waste removal. We do not allow dogs. This apartment will be available in early September (~ September 5th).
