Our cottage is close to the Alberta Arts District, Fremont Avenue and Fernhill Park. It's located in Cully, a peaceful northeast Portland neighborhood known as the "urban farm district" of our fair city. The space is completely separate from our home but is on the same property. We don't like to intrude but are here if needed and are very responsive to any issues. The cottage is completely furnished. You will have a full private kitchen, bathroom and washer and dryer for your use. There is a small patio at the front of the cottage that's all yours. This is a furnished studio apartment. I do a six month lease, then go to month-to-month. First and last month's rent are required at move-in, as well as the security deposit. There is ample free parking onsite. The tenant is responsible for their electric bill; I pay internet, garbage/recycling, and water. No smoking indoors. Pets are not permitted.
