This is a project! Here are the the known issues with the property. A branch fell through the roof last winter and landed on the furnace. The house may need to be torn down. There is very limited parking. The ditch in front of the house is a main drainage line and can’t be moved. The well is shared with the two lots to the north and is located on the furthest lot to the north. There is currently no water to the property. A new water line, or well, will have to be put in.
