The bedroom has 2 windows, a ceiling fan, a built-in closet and curtains/blinds. Room is rentable for 1 person with no pets and is private, furnished (full size bed & mattress, nightstand, dressers, lamp, shelving units, TV and room fridge) at no extra charge, and if you're a clothes horse another clothing armoire is available for use. Room can be locked for security. This is a quiet, single family home neighborhood. House is clean, nicely furnished with lots of natural light and hard wood floors and tile throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, gas stove, toaster, mixer, blender, dishes, glasses, pots and pans. You will have fridge and pantry space. There is a living room.
