I am not sure how many cars can fit on the driveway, but more than most people own, there is plenty of off street parking (3-4 in front of the garage depending on the size of vehicle. There is a washer and dryer hook up provided in the house, but no washer and dryer installed unless the current tenant leaves the ones the have there. There is also a shed in the back yard that will not be available to whom is renting the house, I have stuff I want to keep stored in there.
