Private bedroom in 5-bedroom house. House is located off Patterson near Calle Real. It is about a 5 min drive to UCSB, 10 minutes to downtown Santa Barbara. House is spacious and cozy, with a nice pool to relax by. The room includes a private bathroom. You would be sharing the house with 4 other male roommates all aged 22-23. The room no longer has the desk that is shown in the pictures. We are looking for somebody in a similar age range, who is clean and polite. Rent does not include utilities, which are around $200 per month, usually paid on the 15th. Please message me to discuss any questions you may have. No smoking of any kind allowed inside the house. Quiet hours are from 10:30pm to 5:00am
