Kitchen includes an electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and double oven. It has a nice kids-friendly fenced backyard with a deck and raised planters, a long driveway, a detached one car garage suitable for projects and storage. Within 8 minutes walk to El Cerrito Plaza BART station which offers a direct train to San Francisco with just 30 minutes ride. Walking distance to supermarkets, CVS, shops, bakeries, restaurants, post office, etc (walk score of 82). The neighborhood is very friendly, the neighbors are very nice and helpful. Owner pays for garbage. PG&E is not included in monthly rent. We welcome only non-smokers. No pets please. We are open to short term rentals with a minimum of 6 months, the house can also be rented furnished. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the property in good and clean condition delivered at the start of the lease. Yard maintenance is not included.
