Neighborhood Description The house is very centrally located in the heart of downtown Fredericksburg, adjacent to the Historic District. It sits on the corner of George and Liberty Streets, in a mixed-use neighborhood. You can walk to the coffee shop, library, restaurants, parks and City Hall. There are large, opulent vintage homes across the street to the east, as well as modest old homes just a few doors west. The new Veterans Memorial and park is directly in front of the house.
