The condo building is a close-knit community where everyone values peace and quiet :) probably not a party place but on the other hand everyone is nice and respectful. The bedroom faces the back of the building so it's pretty quiet! There is a deck as well. There is AC and heating through a split duct system. There is not a separate office space, but I've typically set up my work desk in the hallway as shown in the pictures. There is street parking, given that the apartment is at the top of the hill and only locals park there, finding parking is not an issue. There is a small dedicated storage space on the garage. Perk: there is a lot of acoustic insulation in the walls. The apartment was remodeled in 2018. The apartment will be available for move in as early as March 6th. Owner pays garbage and water.
