The carpet is being removed and the hardwood floors are being refinished and new flooring in the kitchen and family room. All fresh paint throughout the house. There is a large sun room off the family room. There are washer/dryer connections and lot of storage - attached to the house and out buildings. It has a carport and part of the yard is fenced in Large front and back yard. Small pets are conditional for extra fees. You can pick up a key in our office to view the house with a $20 cash deposit and photo id. You must view the interior of the unit before you can put in an application. Office hours 8am to 12 noon and 1pm to 5pm Monday thru Friday. Keys may be kept for 24 hrs except on Friday. Must be returned by 4:30 on Friday. We are not open on the weekends Application Process: Each adult must fill out an application, after viewing the property, with photo ID, SS# and current proof of income (must be income for last 2 months). The fee is $40 cash per adult or $60 cash for a married couple. At the time the application is turned in we also require a cash binder of 1/2 ($575.00) the first month rent to hold the house. This will be applied to the first month rent or returned if the application is turned down. We do a credit check, rental history check and criminal background check.
