The demand for a well educated workforce is natural when you consider that defense contractors such as Boeing, Northrup Grumman, Embracier ,DRS, United Space Alliance, and NASA, to name just a few, all have a large presences in and around Brevard County. The home is located just south of Melbourne, FL. in the small rural town of Grant. The town just incorporated two years ago in order to preserve it's small town identity because developers had discovered the beauty of this former small fishing village and were starting to push for large amounts of track homes to be built here.
