Showings available by appointment starting in July 15th. 12 month lease, water and electricity deposit due with first month and security deposit. tenant parking in front of house only, no unregistered or non-running vehicles allowed. tenant required to change a/c filter every 3 months. No smoking or vaping allowed in the house. Shared property (another house on the lot) so tenants must be respectful. Tenants is responsible for having trash service. Some pets allowed with a pet deposit.
