No more than 2 pets allowed. Renters must assure animals are trained and vaccinated. Please maintain animals feces. 7. Renewing the lease- the tenant must give notice of their decision before it expires. This notice is required no matter if lease is not renewed 30 to 60 days prior to the lease expiring. 8. Do not have any leaking oil into concrete area. Please assure to have cars maintenance not on the property. 9.Must have good recommendations from previous landlords.
