call/text for appointment- day/time are variable as the unit is occupied and I need to coordinate appointments w/current tenant. charming and spacious, our 1921 spanish style 4 unit building has a one bedroom unit with chill yet warm vibes on the second floor for rent. available 05/15, possibly earlier. $1875 for one person, add $100 for second person. vintage hollywood charm intact and refreshed- patina aged hardwood floors refinished, crown molding, huge walk in closet with built in vanity, plus another large closet in the bedroom and original wood windows fills the unit with light. the kitchen and bathroom are classic 1920's- hexagonal tiles, floor to ceiling cabinets, plus a updated tiled walk in shower and and kitchen counter top/sink located on a small one way street with an east side edge, this up and coming neighborhood is centrally located, diverse with good eatin' all around- lots of new eateries/cafes and neighborhood classics in "Melrose Hill" (Cafe Telegrama, Maison Matho, Little Fish, Chainsaw, Ggiata, Etra, Kuya Lord, Osteria La Buca and more). close to larchmont, los feliz and silverlake but cheaper- basically, you get a lot of charm and space for the price. and for those of us who must use the 101 frwy, its easy access on/off without it being in your backyard. nitty gritty: street parking with overnight permit parking- competitive but doable, wait list for off street parking, gas and electric separate, stove and fridge included, laundromat nearby, no pets/animals (this includes ESA, CA has an exemption), no smoking. more regular nitty gritty: ONE year lease, $1875/month rent for ONE (1) occupant, additional $100/month for one (1) additional occupant, maximum two occupants in unit, $1875 security deposit, $30 credit check per person. lastly, this is a clean, quiet and considerate low-key building, you need to be clean, quiet and considerate too- if you're still in your partying phase, that's ok but this ain't the place for you. Introvert friendly- we love you (quietly and considerately)! requirements: current/last 3 months verifiable proof of income/paystubs with year to date earnings, income 2.5-3x rent, good credit score (at least 670), identification (driver's license, passport), NO prior evictions, bankruptcy or lien collections. located north of melrose, west of western, building is a spanish style, sage with cream trim, black iron gate at entrance. photos are a mix of previous tenants but the unit will be cleaned up and neatly refreshed for the next lucky tenant! 1875 for one tenant, 100 more for second tenant- two persons maximum, tenant pays for gas and electric, no smoking/pets
