The building is historic and was built in 1875. The apartment has been totally painted and cleaned professionally. The other nine apartments are rented by community minded individuals and the person who manages the building lives in one of the apartments. The dog run is rather large so that dogs do not need to be walked. There is a chicken coop that is presently empty but can be used if you want fresh eggs. Off street parking is safe and well lit. The fire pit is for your use in a safe manner and wood is often available from the woods for you. Washer and dryers are professional industrial models. You also put your clothes on a line. New roof installed in 2025. Trees are trimmed once or twice a year. Rent includes: building wifi, heat, hot water, water, and off street parking. You only pay for electric use in your apartment. You need to provide your own window AC unit. Only need one AC unit for apartment. No pet fees. Can be month to month or yearly lease. I highly suggest you have renter's insurance for your car and content, just in case. No fee for applications from me.
