About a 15-20 minute walk to the Venice Beach Pier and adjacent restaurants, and another 15-20 minutes to the famous Venice Boardwalk. Only about 20-minutes from LAX. 1-year lease minimum. We prefer long term renters. Two occupants maximum. We do not allow parties, and limit guests to a maximum of four.
