Once your group is selected within 48 hours I need to meet with the entire group to sign lease and pay the holding fee of $1,750. All tenants must be there to sign the lease. Or I can make it eSign for those who can not be at the signing. No parents co-signing needed. Last month rent is due February 15th, 2020. First month rent and deposit are due on or before 9/1/2020.
