Tenant pays all utilities (cable, electricity) with $35.00 month water fee that will be added to your rent. There is a washer dryer hook up, but tenant must provide their own washer & dryer. Tenants must supply their own refrigerator. No non drivable vehicles to be parked at residence. No additional structures on the property without written permission. No pets without written consent and additional fee. Pet deposit & security deposit refunded if house is in same condition as when you rented it. No smoking inside the residence. No debris to be left outside the residence for more than 48 hours. It is the tenant's responsibility keep yard clean. The deposit is the deposit and is Not considered the first or last month's rent. The Credit check fee/cost through Zillow is the renter's responsibility.
