My landlord renovated it all himself, which means he knows precisely what needs to be done should something go awry. I'm the only person to have lived in it since it's been renovated. (!!) Full kitchen-- great stove; even has a dishwasher! Industrial, great sink. Furnished. Concrete counter tops and acid-stained, concrete floors. RADIANT HEAT. A fun little electric faux-fireplace that does blow out heat. There's a television. Skylight in each room & generally great natural light. All light switches have dimmers (!) It's a duplex connected to my neighbors (who are also leaving Dec 1). Completely private and separate entrances, with a shared courtyard. Street parking that's always available just 10 feet from the front door. The subletter would need to be quiet. Well-behaved/ potty-trained animals only please!
