There is also a spacious four seasons room, perfect for Sunday morning coffee. Newer carpet has been laid. It is right in town with restaurants, shopping and gas within walking distance. Pets are not allowed but we may make exceptions. If you do have a pet, it would have to trained and there will be an extra fee. Tenant is responsible for utilities, lawn maintenance, and snow removal. No smoking in the house. Pets are not allowed unless approved before move in. If there is an approved pet, there will be a monthly fee.
