    Nearly every room on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor repainted in the last three years. New light fixtures in kitchen, dining room, and one bedroom. Extra kitchen cabinets added in the mudroom. Fence installed in the backyard spring of 2020(new solar lights just installed around the fence). Master bedroom closet redone in 2020 w/sliding barn door to give more room inside the closet. If you do not like the barn door look, I did save the old door w/hinges. Just installed a glass sliding shower door unit in the first-floor bathroom. Second floor bathroom redone this winter (floor, sink and vanity). Solid house with shed in the backyard. Residence is less than a mile from Kids Kingdom Park and new city pool coming in. Downtown Napoleon is a 5 minute walk. This is a two-parcel lot (41-009452.0400, 41-009452.420) We are just needing a little more space and outgrowing a 3bd house. PS the house is lived in with three small children and I am a tired mom, it may not be perfect when doing a walk through lol
