I have owned this condo for 19 years. Hardwood floors and updated bathroom tiles. Huge balcony and a view of a park and the pool. Dishwasher and lots of kitchen storage for this condo. This is on the 8th floor so pretty quiet and safe. Key cards and a 24 hour security guard in the lobby. Off street parking 0 with two parking passes. A great deal for everything that is included. No smoking. Small pets are ok but with a pet deposit of $300. If everything is good and no damages then you get the pet fee back when you leave. One month rent and deposit is a must. Only cable is not included in the rent....A/C, heat, water and garbage are all included. About a mile from metro. Huge balcony and that is one of the pictures.
