There is 1 parking spot in the lot for each apartment and tons of off street parking. 2 coin operated washers and dryers and storage units are located in the basement. The unit is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, electric stove, and electric heat. The apartment for rent is located in SE Portland and near Sellwood/Brooklyn/West Moreland area. Oaks Bottom park is across the street, multiple bus lines are close by, and the MAX street car stop is 1/2 mile away. Bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and medical offices are just a few blocks away! The location is perfect for driving, biking, walking, busing, etc. The rent is $1,500 per month plus utilities (electricity/cable/internet), however the landlord will pay the water bill. The lease is 6 months. Dogs are not allowed. Cats are allowed with a non-refundable fee. $35 (per person)- application fee/credit & criminal check $1,000- security deposit $150- non refundable cat fee Owner pays water bill.
