You never hear any complaints. Some of the neighbors have dogs but you would never know it. I never hear any barking outside whatsoever. Everybody keeps their yard so it looks fantastic. There is an officer that lives on the same block. After a years of searching, this is the best affordable neighborhood in Sarasota. We have two kids, so we wanted a safe neighborhood as well without a lot of traffic. We hit the jackpot with this house in this neighborhood.
