We bought the home in December of 2017, it had just had a new roof put on and the carpet was new. We have since added some more carpet, windows and blinds. There is a large RV pad that needs to have a ramp added to utilize it. The partially finished basement has a 3/4 bathroom. Basement has plenty of room for storage. Good house for a growing family as the 4 bedrooms are close in proximity with 2 bathrooms easily accessible.
