The neighborhood is desirable because it has no cut though streets, lots of kids and a full swim and tennis facility which is only 4 houses down from ours. Kids can safely walk to the neighborhood pool, playground and tennis area without crossing any busy streets or leaving neighborhood. Our house is extremely well maintained (we still live there), great back yard, new windows, new roof, new HVAC unit, new hardware, recently painted exterior, hardwoods on first and second floor, full finished basement, Nest learning thermostats, guest suite with full bathroom, awesome treehouse Redfield neighborhood has full swim and tennis club and is in Dekalb county in the Austin/Dunwoody High school district Lawn service included in rent Washer/dryer available if needed 1 year minimum lease Lawn service is included in the rental amount, $300 non-refundable pet fee
