Note that cars parked on the street must be moved during winter parking bans; there is parking available close by for that purpose. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Hot air, oil heat is economical due to unit being between other units (warm walls on either side of unit). Contact through the app for showings. Available to show late afternoons (4-6), beginning 9/19. Weekends from 10-12, beginning 9/24. WHEN APPLYING, please be sure to upload income verification. For rent to be no more than 30% of gross income, total combined rent for all occupants must equal a minimum of $7000 per month.
