This is a very nice corner unit in Center Court Phase 1. The unit is on the corner of Upper Street and Cedar Street. It has several windows and gets plenty of light during the day. This is very close to the University of Kentucky and University of Kentucky Hospital. It's downtown Lexington so it's not far from much. The unit was upgraded last year with new tile floor in the bedroom and a new HVAC unit a few years ago. Overall the unit has a great look and feel. Being a corner unit, it is likely quieter than most. I do not live on the property but the property does have an active property manager that can handle issues during the day. I live about 30 minutes from the unit if I'm needed for an emergency repair. Owner pays for water, trash and one parking spot. Owner will supply two sets of keys. one key fob for the main entry, and a remote "clicker" to access the parking area. Owner is responsible for the maintenance of the unit. The owner will stop by once every 2 months to change the HVAC filter. Tenant pays for internet access, electricity, and rent. First months rent and security deposit are due at lease signing. Tenant is responsible for the daily upkeep of the unit. The minimum lease is one year and multi-year lease terms are available. This is a non-smoking unit and please no pets. This is a 3rd floor, corner unit close to the stairs. It has several windows with a lot of light.
