Adequate income to support the rent payments (approximately $4,500 monthly income) 4. Average or above average credit 5. The ability to be a good neighbor My family lives in this neighborhood and we are working very hard to make it the best neighborhood it can be. This includes buying and restoring distressed properties up and down the block. We will take as much time as is required to find a tenant that we believe will be a positive force in the neighborhood and who will respect our property, the neighborhood, and the work that we've invested. This is a fantastic location less than a fifteen minute walk to Central Market, the Fulton, the galleries, and the fantastic bars/restaurants downtown. It's an even shorter walk to Southern Market. In addition, we are very attentive owners, and respond immediately if there is ever a problem with one of our dwellings. There is a $35 non-refundable application fee for each adult applicant. Sewer, water, and trash service are included in the rent. All other utilities are the tenant's responsibility. Absolutely no smoking inside the house. No pets allowed. Owner pays for sewer, water, and trash. Tenant pays for gas, electric, and telecom.
