I am writing this because you have the square footage wrong. I bought this house in 1987 as a 3 bedroom 2 bath single family residence of approximately 2380 sq. ft. This addition of one bedroom was done by the previous owner. I also added another 100 sq. ft. The total square footage is now 2480 sq. ft. The city and the county should have updated their records.
