Excellent construction, no leaks or structural issues. This unit is private on both sides. Being the end unit closest to campus, it has no one on the campus side and a stairwell on the other side. Very moderate utility cost, clean parking area with two parking passes for use right in front of home. My student is currently living here now, but will be moving out in June. This unit can moved in with no work. We've owned this just under 6 years and the owner before us used it only a few times a year for a game day condo. Excellent condition! You will not find a better value for this kind of experience.
