Perfect size for two people. We own the house next door which was also built at the same time in 1905 but that house is already rented. TERMS: One year lease. Security deposit equal to one-month's rent plus $500. pet deposit. Please have excellent credit and rental history as we are very particular about that. Please don't pursue this rental if you don't have excellent credit. No smoking. Tenant pays all utilities (including trash and sewer) and is responsible for yard upkeep. PETS: We are ok with dogs and cats though our insurance policy doesn't allow us to have certain breeds of dogs so please let us know what type of dog you have. PARKING: There is room for several cars in the driveway so not need to park on the street. Part of the driveway is in-front of the house and part of the driveway is alongside the house, behind a gate that you could lock. There is no garage but there is a large outdoor storage shed.
