In the renovations, we kept the character of the architecture and details in the woodwork but opened the house's floorplan and created larger bedrooms and closets to meet the needs of today. We dug out the basement by hand so that we could capture enough headroom to create a fantastic finished space containing a second master bedroom, bathroom with shower, laundry room, workout area, three closets, and private entrance. The 3rd floor contains a master suite with a gas fireplace, bathroom, large walk-in u shaped closet, and air conditioning. The exterior site contains a covered front porch, a large two-tiered back sun deck with off-street parking. We have three rent packages.
