Furnished with a new queen, desk curtains, bookshelf, walk-in closet with chest of drawers, lots of room for clothes, etc. A couple of blocks walk to the beach. Share big living room, dining room, huge kitchen with gorgeous light. Deck with gorgeous sky/mountain views. Close to all amenities, transit. My long time roommate got another job up north and had to move, so I'm looking for a great person to move in now. Available as of Thursday, Jan 2, 2025. Utilities, internet paid. Ist and Last to move in Month to month. 1st and last to move in. If after a month it doesn't work out for either of us for any reason, your last month is paid. Smoking cigarettes on the deck is fine. 420 friendly inside, although I do not smoke it. Kitchen and bathroom should be kept clean. A guest is fine. If you want them to stay more than 1 night we'd need to discuss. No move-ins.
