Very livable home but the basement finishes could use some work. Main floor boasts a remodeled bathroom with walk-in shower, 3 bedrooms, kitchen is older but okay, room addition off of the kitchen serves as a dining area but is not counted in the square footage on the PDC, hardwood flooring under all of the bedrooms, hallway, and living room & wood flooring can be viewed in the closets. Any appliances in the house are strictly as-is & seller will not repair them. Roof is about 2 years old, furnace about 5 years old (est.), nice carport & driveway. Now for the basement: it is dark, full bathroom needs work, nonconforming bedrooms & family room need more outlets & light switches, the ceiling ???tiles??? used to finish the basement were of some sort of press board material that was textured over but now they are warped from humidity & need replacing.
