The entire main floor will be available, or any of the rooms individually for rent. There is a nice kitchen, good sized living room and covered back patio. I am looking for clean, respectful and quiet roommates for the house. People who are chill as well. The property is just an 8 minute uber/drive to highlands, ballpark, RiNo, easy freeway access to mountains. Shared bathroom, big yard, wood burning fireplace. Convenient, quiet, safe neighborhood for all visitors. Awesome park in the neighborhood! Open to 3 month but I prefer longer. Ideally looking for 1 year leases. I am very reasonable about lease ending notice and 1 month is fine if you move out.
