The condo is about 1400 square feet with a large furnished living area, hardwood floors throughout, washer/dryer in unit, wet bar, and balcony in a quiet, gated and secure condo complex on the westside of La Jolla Blvd. It's less than 1/4 mile walking distance to the ocean/beach/surf and just a block away from all of the shops/bars/restaurants/cafes that Bird Rock has to offer. The Bed/Bath - the bedroom and bathroom are both large. The bedroom was recently painted and is 12' x 14' with a large private bath (not ensuite, just across the hall from the bedroom) that includes a shower stall (no tub). The bedroom is not furnished (please ignore furniture in the photos) but the living area and kitchen are. Street parking is always super easy, even in the heart of summer but a parking spot is available in a secured garage underneath the building for an additional $100 per month. The garage also includes bike racks that are perfect for a beach cruiser. Utilities are not included but split 50/50, on average $75-$100/mo for internet/cable and SDGE.
