This unit features: Off street parking for a mid sized vehicle Lots of plantings in the yard Located on a snow route Russ's Market and Coddington shopping area approx 2 miles west Huge 1 bedroom unit with 2 closets (approx 13' x 19') Refrigerator, stove, and microwave Shared laundry facilities on site in common area Unit is very clean Huge bedroom with 2 closets Tenant will pay directly to the following utilities: LES (electricity), Black Hills (natural gas), and any communications or entertainment services needed. In addition, the Tenant will pay to the owner a monthly fee (currently $45) that covers water, sewer, and trash services. There is parking for most vehicles smaller then a full size truck. As full size trucks have grown in size, sadly our parking area has not. We prefer no pets as our tenants in the other unit have declared previously that if a dog were to move into this unit, that they would move out.
