Utilities, security system and internet are included in the rent, so it's a predictable flat rate every month. The space is on its own air control, so heat or cool to your comfort. This space is perfect for a working professional or young couple who are in school or working most of the day. We (my wife & kids) live upstairs and we are pretty silent from 9pm-8am with kids bedtimes. During the day, our kids are active upstairs and just want you aware of the noise. If you stay home all day or can't stand kids playing, this probably isn't the best spot for you. Otherwise, apply and let's see if it's the right fit. No smoking, vaping or drinking alcohol anywhere on the property. My family lives upstairs and my kids are young enough that we don't want any potential substance abuse near our children. No pets under any conditions for health and safety reasons.
