Hi! I'm looking for a housemate in my 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. The main room of the apartment is a "great room" living room + kitchen, fully furnished with a couch, dining table, shelves, Settlers of Catan, and desk. The apartment is part of a four-unit building with friendly quiet neighbors who are helpful with maintenance and other logistical issues. Landlords are friendly and responsive. The building has a well-maintained washer and dryer. Some storage area and my exercise equipment (for you to use!) in the back of the building, behind a locked gate. The bedroom is 12 x 11 ft with a sizable closet and large window. No smoking inside the home at any time. Respect for quiet hours and shared spaces is expected. Guests are allowed as long as they are respectful and follow house rules. Any maintenance issues should be reported right away.
