Not able to show home before 10/18/18 as I am on vacation. This is a small, older mobile home on a beautiful 2.5 acre wooded lot. IT sits back off a paved road which allows for plenty of privacy. Very nice neighborhood. The home has a metal roof-over and no leaks. Floors are solid. Has window AC in living room. The cabin also has a good roof and solid floor but has some water damage probably due to a plumbing leak. Both mobile home and cabin need TLC. Porches need repair. Sorry, no owner financing.
