The cottage is very well designed but tiny. It is suitable for ONE only and no pets - sorry, NO exceptions. Bedding, towels, kitchen utensils, hot plate, microwave, and toaster oven included. Free WiFi, washer and dryer available and utilities paid. There is a pullout desk. The newest photo shows recent additions of a tv (fire stick or Roku needed), shelving and a higher bed for more storage underneath. The neighborhood is quiet and the property is close to downtown. Many years of excellent reviews available upon request. A longer term tenant is preferred. Please write a little about yourself and your reasons for wanting to rent the cottage. Thanks
