The Barrington is a high rise that includes studio & 1 bedroom apartments. The rental fee for these units range from $540 to $680, and includes water, sewage, trash, and electric. We are in the heart of downtown within walking distance to restaurants, entertainment, groceries and pharmacies. We have coin-operated washers and dryers in the basement of the building and we have free wi-fi in our lobby area. We also have a wonderful rooftop patio area which gives a fantastic view of the city and a great place to enjoy being outside. Residents also have the pleasure of using the in house exercise facility.
