I'm looking to find someone to take over my lease by March 1st. The town home is a 3 story 2 bedroom 2.5 bath with an attached garage. It's approximately 1225 Sq ft. The first level is the garage, laundry room, and has a decent sized coat closet. Washer and dryer are provided by landlord. Second level is the open living/dining room, kitchen, and half bath. There is a private balcony off of the living room. The kitchen has stainless style appliances (stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher). Half bath off the kitchen. Third level are the 2 bedrooms with full baths in each(stand up shower in one and tub in the other). Also nice sized closets in each. The community and location is great. Living here you also have access to a pool, a really nice fitness center, and a restaurant, The Goat. There is a small playground in the community as well. The maintenance crew is amazing. They are usually here the same day we call. We love living here but we now need a 3 BR and to be closer to my son's school. Rent for these are going for around $1350 but taking over my lease you get it for $1225 until this December. Also, I am not asking for a deposit. If you end up liking the place you will still have to go through the office and fill out an application, pay application fees, and have a background check done
