    Energy efficient house in the Stetson Hills neighborhood in Colorado Springs (Zipcode 80922). This unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 car garage, and air conditioning. There is a washer and dryer in the unit that is supplied by landlord. This house has LVP (luxury Vinyl Plank) flooring throughout the common areas and high quality carpet in the bedrooms. The 1300 sqft of livable space is made up of the main floor and second floor. On the main floor are two bedrooms, full bath, living room, kitchen and dining space, and laundry room. The second floor has the last bedroom, a loft space and the other full bathroom. The furnace, water heater, and A/C Mini-splits are all new within the last 4 years and are all energy efficient to help keep utility costs down. This house is divided into two rentable spaces, with two secured doors on either end of the stairs going to the basement. The basement unit has it's own parking on the side of the driveway and it's own entrance through the walkout backyard. When the basement was finished, additional investment was made to reduce the noise between the floors. There is double drywall with special acoustic glue to reduce noise, there are heavy doors at the top and bottom of the stairs with additional seals to reduce noise from transferring. This is the reason for the lower than normal rent for this part of town. This should be considered more of an apartment than a home in some aspects (shared walls) and more of a home than an apartment in other aspects (two car garage attached to living space, front and backyard, located in a neighborhood). My wife and I are the owner, landlord, rental manager so you work with friendly and understanding humans that care about the house and the wellness of people living in it. We prefer a ~18 month lease with options to extend for 12 months at a time. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out! Out of respect for our current tenants occupying the residence, we require applications prior to touring the property. Tenants are responsible for prorated utilities shared with the downstairs tenants. All utilities remain under the landlord to ensure un-interrupted service (Internet, trash, water, gas, electricity)
