Based on your estimates of other homes on zillow we believe ours should be higher. We have the finished basement and we are a corner lot. Also added new roof last year and had the entire house repainted last year. Have a huge deck on the back. a house three doors down from us sold for 760,000 a month ago...it was slightly larger with an addition that added four add'l feet to each floor.
