Maintenance is available 24/7 and I had very good experience with the team. It is also walking distance to UNCW. The apartment is pretty specious and is ideal for a couple or one person. The layout is functional and meets all the needs. I am transferring my lease which is effective until January 25th, 2016 (you will have the option to renew once the lease is up). Price is $711/mo + $16 for trash and sewer. I' will pay $100 and you pay 611 and end of the current lease. Furniture could be discussed.
