This apartment is connected to the main house, with a separate private entrance on the backside of the house. It is a garden level, so all rooms have windows to the outside. The house is located in Columbine Knolls neighborhood, in southwest Littleton suburb of Denver, on a cul-de-sac, so not a lot of traffic. There is a garage on the property, but renter parking will be located on the left side of the driveway, owner on the right. If car leaks oil, it would be preferred if renter would park in the street in front of the house. The apartment is furnished with two bedrooms (a queen size bed in each bedroom), one very large bedroom with a TV or reading sitting area, and the other average size bedroom. There is a small great room area, which includes a kitchen, sitting area and TV area (TV is wall mounted). There is a stackable washer and dryer in a utility closet, off the main sitting area by the kitchen. Kitchen has a smaller full size refrigerator with a freezer on the top, 4 burner electric range stove with lower oven, separate air fryer oven, microwave, crockpot, blender, toaster, all the pots and pans you would need. Additionally, there is a set of dishes, flatware, glasses, coffee cups, mixing bowls, utensils, Kuerig coffee pot, and a filtering water pitcher. (There is no dishwasher in the unit.) Any of the dishes, pot and pans, glasses, or even furniture, if not needed, can be removed for your convenience. There is a fenced in private backyard with a small patio area and a table, umbrella and chairs, for renters use. There are lots of trees and beautiful landscape in the yard for a beautiful view. Owner would prefer at least a 1 year lease or more. However, lease terms are negotiable. Would accept as little as a 1 month stay. Rent is $1950.00 per month. Initial deposit is $1950, for stays for 1 year or more. Stays for less than 1 year a deposit of $1000.00 is acceptable. Landlord will pay all utilities: WIFI, Electric and gas, trash pick up, security alarm system, Amazon Prime TV and Movies, lawn mowing, Denver water.
